Adding a Brand to Your Wix Answers Account

Provide a distinct support experience in both your help center and your ticketing system by adding additional brands to your account. 

To add a new brand to your Wix Answers account:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Brands.
  1. Click Add Brand in the top left box. 
  1. Upload your Brand logo.
4.  Enter the name of your brand in the Brand name field.  
Note:
Your brand's help center URL includes the brand name you enter when you create the brand. This subdomain cannot be changed, although you can connect a custom domain to your brand's help center to replace it. The help center URL for each of your brands has the following structure: https://{account-name}-{brand-name}.wixanswers.com/kb
5.  Select the brand's primary language from the drop-down. 
Note:
You must choose a language that is supported in your default brand. You cannot change your brand's primary language later. Learn how to add a language
6.  Click Create Brand
