View Jira Fields in Wix Answers

You can choose which Jira fields appear on the page in a side panel when an agent views a ticket. In addition, you can choose which fields are available to configure when an agent creates a Jira issue within Wix Answers.

Before you begin, make sure to connect your Jira account.

To view Jira fields in Wix Answers:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Tools > Integrations.
  1. Hover over Jira and click Manage. 
  2. (If you have multiple Jira projects) Click the Jira project drop-down menu next to You're customizing project: and select your project. 
  1. Choose what you want to do: 
    • Choose which Jira issue fields display when viewing tickets in Wix Answers.
    • Choose which Jira issue fields display when creating new Jira issues in Wix Answers.
