Declining or Missing a Call

If an agent declines or doesn't answer a call in time, it waits in the queue for the next available agent.  

Declining a call

A window appears in Wix Answers when a call is delivered to you. This includes calls that are inbound, outbound, or transferred from other agents.
Click Decline in the pop-up window to decline the call. 
Notes:
  • Your status automatically changes to Busy when you decline a call. 
  • Declined calls route to the next available agents in the queue or continue waiting if no agents are available. 

Missing a call

A missed call occurs when an agent doesn't accept or decline a call within 15 seconds of its delivery.
A missed call is delivered to the next agent in the queue, or waits until one is available. 

When you miss a call, your status changes to Busy and you can:
  • Click Change status to Available when you're ready to receive another call. 
  • Click Stay Busy to close the pop-up and remain in the Busy status.
