Featuring Articles on Your Help Center Homepage

Make it easy for customers to find answers to your most popular questions by adding a Featured Articles list to your Help Center. Add up to 10 featured articles to the list that appears under the Categories section of your Help Center.

To add featured articles:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Support Channels > Help Center.
  1. Click Content.
  1. (If applicable) For multilingual Help Centers, select a language.
  2. Scroll down to Featured Articles Section and enter a featured articles title.
  1. Click Manage.
  2. Click + Add your first article.
  3. Start searching for an article in the search bar.
    Tip: Click Filters to include specific articles only.
  4. Click Add article next to the article you want to add.
  5. Click + Add article and repeat steps 8-9 for each article you want to feature.
  6. Click Update.
