Managing Pending Team Member Invitations

You can resend or cancel team member invitations that are pending. To perform these actions, you must be an administrator or have a custom role with Team Members enabled in the Settings - Team & Account permissions. 

To manage a pending invitation:

  1. Hover over Settings in the side panel and click Team Members.
  2. Hover over the relevant invitee and click the Show More icon .
  3. Select an option:
    • Resend invitation: Resends the invitation email the invitee needs to become a team member. 
    • Cancel invitation: Cancels the invitation to join your team. Click Yes, Cancel invitation to confirm.
