About the Agents Tab

Important:
We're in the process of removing the Call Center Agents tab. Use the more robust Control Room dashboard to view agent performance, manage agents, and more. 
Understand what agents are currently working on and adjust their statuses and assigned queues to respond to call volume needs. From the Agents tab, you can view a sortable list of every agent with their current statuses, assigned queues, total calls, and more. You can also filter your list by assigned queue, group, or location to focus your attention on certain agents. 
Tips:
  • Select an Agent from the list to go to their Team Member Overview and manage their details. 
  • Click the Search icon at the top right to view specific agents on the list. 

Viewing the agents list

Your Agents tab features a list of every team member including their current status, time on the status, average talk time, calls, assigned queues, and location. You can sort your list by clicking the Current status or Location heading at the top of the list.
