Renaming Categories and Subcategories

You can rename your help center's categories and subcategories as your business grows and your products change. 

To rename a category or subcategory

  1. Hover over the Knowledge Base icon undefined in the side panel and click Categories.
  2. (If you have multiple brands) Click the Brand drop-down at the top left and select the relevant brand.  
  1. Select the relevant category or subcategory on the left. 
  2. Click the Show More icon undefined to the right of the category/subcategory and select Rename.
  1. Enter a new name for the category/subcategory and click Save.
