Setting a Primary Mailbox

Your primary mailbox is the "reply to" email address for emails sent from your Wix Answers account. It's also the address your outgoing tickets are sent from when you connect its domain in the Outgoing Email Domains section. If you don't connect a custom outgoing domain, outbound tickets and replies are sent from notifications@wixanswers.com

If you add multiple mailboxes to a brand in your account, you decide which email address to use as the brand's primary mailbox. 
Before you begin:
Make sure to add a mailbox to your account or brand so you can choose which mailbox to use as your primary mailbox. 

To set a primary mailbox:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Support Channels > Email.
  1. Click the Show More icon next to the mailbox you want to set as your primary mailbox.
  2. Select Set as primary
    Note: Select Set as brand's primary mailbox if you're setting a primary mailbox for a brand in your account. 
Note:
Automated emails that are not intended to be replied to (e.g. password reset emails) use noreply@wixanswers.com. If you added an outgoing email domain, these automatic emails are sent from noreply@{outgoing-domain}
