Banning a User

Block spammers and abusive users from using your support channels by banning them. When you ban a user they can no longer send or receive tickets via your support channels. You can unban them later if needed. 

To ban a user:

  1. Go to a ticket from the user you'd like to ban.  
  2. Click the Show More icon next to the user's name at the top right. 
  3. Click Ban user
  1. Click Ban this user

To unban a user:

  1. Go to a ticket from the banned user. 
  2. Click the Show More icon next to the user's name at the top right. 
  3. Click Unban user.
Note:
You can also ban and unban users from your Contacts page.

Viewing the Info Panel in Tickets

The Info panel is located on the right side of every ticket and contains valuable information about your customer. Use this information to quickly assess your customer's needs and expedite your ticket response times. The Info panel includes:Basic Customer Info: View the customer's profile image, username, internal user notes, location, email address, and phone number(s).Note: When viewing chats, the webpage your customer is chatting from displays under their name. Hover to click to copy or go to the webpage URL.Recent Tickets: View a list of the customer's recently submitted tickets. You can view each ticket's title, status, timestamp, and click to go to the ticket. Ticket Fields: View and manage the custom fields your customer filled out when they submitted a ticket from your contact page. Adding and Updating Your Customer's Phone Number

Wix Answers automatically saves your customer's phone number to their profile whenever a call is attempted. For each customer, you can also add, edit, or delete multiple phone numbers from any of their tickets. Note:If you don't have any tickets sent or received by your customer yet, add them as a new contact or call them to add their phone number.To add a new phone number to your customer's profile:Go to one of your customer's tickets. Click the Show More icon  next to your customer's name at the top right. Click Add number.Enter your customer's phone number. Click Update.Tips:Repeat the steps above to add multiple phone numbers to your customer's profile.Call your customer back from an existing ticket by clicking the newly added phone number. To update your customer's phone number:Go to one of your customer's tickets.Click the Show More icon  next to your customer's phone number at the top right. Click Edit number.Edit the phone number and click Update. To delete your customer's phone number:Go to one of your customer's tickets.Click the Show More icon  next to your customer's phone number at the top right. Click Delete number.Click Confirm. Warning:Deleting a phone number is irreversible.
