Removing a Language from Your Wix Answers Account

You can remove any language that you add to your Wix Answers account, except for the primary language. 
Removing a language removes it from your ticketing system and help center. It is possible to add it again and certain content will be restored (e.g. tickets, articles), however all of your settings will be lost.

To remove a language:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Account > Time & Languages.
  1. Click the Show More icon next the to language you want to remove.
  2. Click Remove Language.
