Setting Up and Changing Your Account Signature

Create a signature that automatically appears at the bottom of each ticket you reply to. 

To set up or change your account signature:

  1. Click your profile icon at the top right of your screen. 
  2. Click Edit Profile
  3. Type your signature under Signature.
  4. Click Update.
Tip:
To make your signature appear on multiple lines, add <br /> where a line break is needed.
