Changing Your Help Center's Logo and Favicon

Help customers identify and remember your brand by adding your own custom logo and favicon to your Help Center. Your logo appears at the top left of your Help Center's header and your favicon appears in your browser tabs.

To change your logo and favicon:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Support Channels > Help Center.
  1. Click Design & Text.
  2. Click the Design tab.
  3. Click Logo & Favicon.
  4. Click the Logo field and:
    • Click Upload new image to select an image from your computer.
    • Enter the URL in the Logo Target URL field. 
  5. Click the Favicon field and select an option.
    • Click Upload new image to select an image from your computer.
  6. Click Save at the top right. 
Image specifications:
  • File Formats: We recommend .jpg and .png formats. 
  • Image Sizes:  Logo: 100 X 200 px, Favicon: 50 X 100 px
