Deleting Tickets

You may want to delete a ticket for a variety of reasons such as spam, testing, legal, or data analysis. Delete individual tickets from the footer menu or in bulk from your ticket lists.

Deleting Individual Tickets

After selecting a ticket, you can delete it from the footer menu. 

To delete a ticket from its footer:

  1. Go to the ticket you want to delete.
  2. Click the Show More icon from the footer menu and select Delete.
  1. (Optional) Click Block ticket sender to block the ticket sender and ban them from submitting tickets in the future. 
  2. Click Yes, Delete to confirm.
    Note: Click Delete & Block if you chose to block the ticket sender in step 3. 

Deleting Multiple Tickets

You can delete up to 50 tickets at once from your ticket lists. 

To delete tickets in bulk:

  1. Click the One Inbox icon in the side panel on the left. 
  2. Hover over the user icon or initials on the first ticket you want to delete and click the checkbox. 
  1. Click the checkboxes on the additional tickets you'd like to delete. 
  2. Click Delete on the footer menu. 
  1. (Optional) Click Block ticket sender to block the ticket sender and ban them from submitting tickets in the future. 
  2. Click Yes, Delete to confirm.
