Network Requirements for Your Call Center
For the best quality and reliability of your Call Center, make sure your network has sufficient bandwidth and that you've whitelisted the necessary media IP addresses.
Bandwidth Requirements
We recommend a minimum bandwidth speed of 10kB/second, per call center agent on your network. You must have a stable internet to maintain your Call Center's connection to our telephony systems. Click here to test your network's connectivity.

Whitelisting IP Addresses
Make sure to whitelist the media IP addresses listed below to avoid service disruption:
