Purchasing Account Credits

You receive a $3 account credit balance when you purchase a Premium Package that includes the Call Center. Purchase additional credits to pay for phone lines, calls (per minute), SMS messages, and WhatsApp messages (per message). 
Important:
  • Only the account owner can purchase credits.
  • You must have a Premium Package that includes the Call Center to purchase credits. 

To purchase credits:

  1. Hover over the side panel on the left and click Credits.
  1. Click Buy Credits.
  2. Select the amount of credits you would like to purchase ($25-$500).
  1. Click Go to Checkout.
  2. Enter your payment details.
  3. Review the total next to Total, then click Submit Purchase.
