Setting Your Live Chat Business Hours

Make sure customers can only chat with support agents during your hours of operation by defining your Live Chat business hours. 

To set your Live Chat business hours:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Support Channels > Widgets.
  1. (If you have more than one widget) Click the widget name and select the relevant widget. 
  2. Click Live Chat in the Messaging Module.
  3. (For multilingual support) Select a language next to Chat Setup in
  4. Click Chat Business Hours.
  5. Set your available chat hours:
    • Available 24/7: Click to keep live chat open at all hours. 
    • Custom Hours of Operation: Click to set custom business hours: 
      • Click the toggle next to each day to turn chat on or off. 
      • Click the times to adjust your opening and closing hours.
        Note: Click the Show More icon  to the right of a day and select Apply to all days to set the same business hours for each day of the week.
  1. Click Save.
