Adding Live Chat to an Existing Widget

Enable Live Chat within an existing widget to allow your customers to chat with your team members in real-time.

To add Live Chat to your widget:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Support Channels > Widgets.
  1. Click your widget's name and select the widget you'd like to enable Live Chat within.
  2. Select Live Chat in the Messaging Module section.
