Call Center Costs

When you purchase a Premium Package that includes the Wix Answers call center, you gain access to all its features, including future updates and releases. All call center charges are automatically deducted from your account credits

The price of phone lines, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messages vary based on phone number types, destinations and more. Lines are monthly subscriptions, calls are charged per minute, and SMS/WhatsApp messages are charged per message. 

Premium Package

When you sign up for a Wix Answers account, you get a 14-day free trial to try out all the features. After the trial, upgrade to a Premium Package that includes the call center to continue using it for calls and messaging services.

Phone Line Costs

Create a line to purchase a phone number and route it to your call center. Lines are subscriptions that deduct from your account credits every month. Their price depends on the country code and line type (local or toll-free), which you can view before purchasing.

Call Costs

Call costs deduct from your account credits on a per-minute basis and vary based on call type (inbound or outbound) and country. 

SMS Costs

SMS costs deduct from your account credits on a per-message basis and vary based on the country codes of your line and your customer's phone number. 

Costs per message are subject to Twilio and Wix Answers pricing, which may change over time. Currently, the cost varies between $0.01-$0.39 per message. 

WhatsApp Costs

WhatsApp costs deduct from your account credits on a per-message basis and vary based on the message type (regular or template) and destination. 

Costs per message are subject to WhatsApp and Wix Answers pricing, which may change from time to time. Currently, the cost varies between $0.006-$0.15 per message.
