Choosing Which Salesforce Fields Display in Tickets
Choose which Salesforce fields you want agents to be able to view on your clients' tickets.
Before you begin:
Make sure you've connected your Salesforce account with Wix Answers.
To select the Salesforce fields that display in tickets:
- In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Tools > Integrations.

- Hover over Salesforce and click Manage on the right.
- Click the Show Salesforce data in tickets toggle
to enable it.

- Click the Toggle
next to each Salesforce field type you want to enable:
- Contact: View contact fields for your clients.
- Lead: View lead fields for your clients.
- Account: View account fields for your clients.
- Case: View case fields for your clients.

- Click a Salesforce field type you just enabled, then click the Toggle
next to each field you want to appear in tickets.

- Click the Back icon
next to the field type you selected. Then repeat step 5 for each Salesforce field you enabled.

- Click Save at the top right.
