Following Tickets

Follow tickets to receive notifications whenever agents or customers reply. You'll receive notifications via email and your notifications feed. 

To follow a ticket:

  1. Go to the ticket you'd like to follow. 
  2. Click the Show More icon  in the footer menu and select Follow ticket. 
To unfollow a ticket:
Click the Show More icon  in the footer menu and select Unfollow ticket.
