Following an Article or Subcategory

Become a follower to receive notifications when team members link specific articles to tickets. You'll also get notified when an article you follow is published with the "Notify followers" option enabled. Follow individual articles or entire subcategories from the Team Member Toolbar
Customers become followers when they:
  • Have their ticket linked to a Feature Request or Known Issue. Learn More
  • Report they're experiencing a Known Issue. Learn More
  • Vote for a Feature Request. Learn More

To follow an article:

  1. Log in to your Wix Answers account as a team member. 
  2. Go to the live article in your Help Center.
  3. Click the Team Member Toolbar at the top.
  4. Click Follow this Article.

To follow a subcategory:

  1. Log in to your Wix Answers account as a team member. 
  2. Go to the relevant subcategory in your Help Center.
  3. Click the Team Member Toolbar at the top.
  4. Click Follow Subcategory.
Note:
The option to follow a subcategory is not available in all Wix Answers accounts.
