About Your Call Center Dashboard

In your Call Center dashboard, you can view all your real-time phone support activity in one place. When you understand your call center's current state, you can react quickly, reduce wait times, and satisfy your callers. 
To get started:
Click the Call Center icon  in the side panel on the left. 

Viewing your Call Center Calls dashboard

View a real-time dashboard displaying all your calls on separate tabs for each call status. You can customize the tables in each tab, add filters, and select calls to listen in or go to tickets. 

Viewing the All Call Center Metrics

Use the All Call Center Metrics on the right to measure your current call volume and agent availability. 

In the Now section, you can instantly view your call center's longest wait time, total calls waiting, and total calls in the last 5 minutes. Click to view a list of agents in each status or a breakdown of agents per status. In the bottom right section, view more stats about calls that took place within your selected time frame and applied filters.
