Managing Custom Ticket Fields

Create, edit, and delete the custom ticket fields used to collect information about your customers' support requests. Updating a ticket field applies the change wherever it is in use. 
Important:
To manage ticket fields, you must be an administrator or have a custom role with Settings > Team & Account > Custom Roles permissions enabled. 

To manage your custom ticket fields:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Tools > Custom Fields > Ticket Fields.
