Answering a Call
Answer calls from one convenient pop-up window no matter what page you're viewing.
Important:
To answer a call, you must be assigned to the queue it's waiting in, with your status set to Available. Learn how to change your status.
Answering a call
Step 1 | Check that you're assigned to the relevant queue
Step 2 | Change your status to Available
Step 3 | Answer the call
Note:
If you decline or miss a call, it remains waiting until another agent in the queue is available. Learn more.
