Using a Custom Outgoing Email Domain

Professionally send emails using your own domain's address instead of the default wixanswers.com outgoing email domain. For example, you could send ticket replies from support@yourdomain.com instead of notifications@wixanswers.com.
Important:
To set up an outgoing custom domain, you must be an administrator or have a custom role with Mailboxes enabled in the Settings - Support Channels permissions.
