About the My Profile Page

Important:
We're currently working on replacing the My Profile page with the new Customer Portal. 
Contact us if you would like to add the Customer Portal to your account. 
The My Profile page is where team members and customers can view tickets they've submitted and articles they're following. Team members and customers must sign in to your Help Center to view their My Profile pages. 

Viewing the My Profile Page

As a signed in team member or customer, you can access your My Profile page from the Profile drop-down at the top-right of your Help Center. Then, view all the tickets you've submitted and all the articles you've followed. You can also reply to your tickets or unfollow articles from your My Profile page. 

Editing Your Profile

As a team member, you can update your profile image, name, and signature that appear in your profile and throughout the Wix Answers app.
