About the Customer Page

Every customer in your Wix Answers account has a dedicated Customer Page. From here, you can manage your customer's contact details on the left. On the right, you can search, sort, preview, and access all their tickets.

To access a customer's Customer Page:

Hover over Contacts in the side panel and click Customers.
Select the relevant customer from the list.

Viewing and editing customer contact details

Customer contact details appear on the left panel of their Customer Page. You can view and edit details such as their phone number(s), associated companies, customer fields, and more.

View the following details about your customer in the left panel of the Customer Page:

Profile: View your customer's initials or profile image at the top left.
Note: You can add a profile image only when adding a new contact manually.
Name: Click the Show More icon next to the customer's name and select Edit name to update their name.
User notes: Click the User Note icon to view or add user notes.
Location: View the customer's location determined by their IP address.
Email: Click the customer's email address to copy it to your clipboard.
Phone [#]: View your customer's phone number(s). Choose what you want to do:
- Add phone number: Click the Show More icon next to the customer's name and select Add number. Then enter the phone number and click Add.
- Edit phone number: Click the Show More icon next to the relevant phone number and select Edit number. Then edit the number and click Update.
- Delete phone number: Click the Show More icon next to the relevant phone number and select Delete This Number?. Then click Confirm.
- Call the customer: Click the phone number you want to dial, select the line you want to call from, and click Call Now.
Associated Companies: Click the relevant associated company to go to its Company Page. Click Edit Companies to manage the customer's associated companies and choose what you want to do:
- Add Company: Click + Add Company and select a company to associate it with the customer.
- Set Customer Portal Permissions: Click the Customer Portal Permission field next to the relevant company and select the customer's permissions for viewing and replying to tickets in the Customer Portal:
  Note: The Customer Portal is not yet available in all Wix Answers accounts. Contact us if you would like to add this feature to your account.
  - As set in the Company Page: The permissions set in the associated company's Company Page determine which tickets the customer can access in the Customer Portal.
  - Access personal tickets only: The customer can access only their own tickets in the Customer Portal.
  - Access all company's tickets: The customer can access all the company's tickets in the Customer Portal. This includes tickets submitted by other customers that are associated with the company.
- Remove Company: Hover over the relevant company and click Remove to remove them from the customer's associated companies.
Customer Fields: Click Customer Fields to manage the contact's Customer Fields.

Tip: To ban a contact from using your support channels, click the Show More icon

next to their name and select Ban user. Learn More

Viewing your customer's tickets

View all the customer's tickets from the right side of their Customer Page. Here you can search, sort, preview, and click to access specific tickets.
