About the Company Page

Every company you add to your Contacts has a dedicated Company Page. From here, you can access the company's tickets and manage their details and contacts. 
Note:
To view a Company Page, you must be an administrator or have a custom role with Manage Companies enabled in the Contacts permissions. 
To access a Company Page:
  1. Hover over Contacts  in the side panel and click Companies.
  2. Select the relevant company. 

Editing company details

The left panel of the Company Page displays details about the selected company. You can view and edit details such as the company's email domain, account manager, customer portal permissions, and more. 
Use account managers in the following features:
  • Automatic Actions: Use account managers in the Apply action if conditions and the resulting Action to take selection. Learn more
  • Spotter: Send notifications to account managers in several different scenarios. Learn more
  • SLA policies: Send notifications to account managers when SLA targets are breached or about to be breached. Learn more

Viewing company contacts

View a list of all the company's associated contacts on the right side of the Company Page. From here you can view contact information for each customer, create new tickets, add contacts and more. 

Viewing company tickets

From the Tickets tab of the Company Page, you can view tickets sent and received by contacts associated with the company.
