Adding a Custom Section to Your Help Center Pages
You can add Custom Sections to any of your Help Center pages that use your own custom HTML or CSS code. Add up to 10 Custom Sections per page to tailor your Help Center to your company's needs.
To add a custom section:
- In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Support Channels > Help Center.
- Click Customize Help Center.
Note: If you have multiple brands, click Customize Help Center in the relevant brand. - Click the Language drop-down and select the language you'd like to customize.
- Click the Currently editing drop-down and select the page you're adding the Custom Section to.
- Click + Add Section at the bottom left and select Custom Section.
- Click the Contents tab in the Custom Section component.
- Click Add/Edit next to Custom code to create a section using code.
- Enter your Custom HTML or Custom CSS code in the relevant tab.
- Click Close & Preview.
Note: Your custom code is not saved until you save changes to the entire page you're working on. - Click the toggle next to Show the custom section to show the section in your live Help Center after you save.
- Click Save at the top-right.
- Repeat these steps for each Help Center page you want to add the Custom Section to (see step 3 above).
Note:
- To remove the Custom Section: Click the Show More icon next to Custom Section and select Remove.
- To move the Custom Section above or below another section: Click the Reorder icon and drag it up or down.
