Adding the Category List Section to Your Help Center Pages

Add a Category List section to your Help Center pages to display lists of your categories. Then customize the layout, contents, and background of your Category List section. 

To add the Category List section:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings Support Channels Help Center.
  1. Click Customize Help Center.
    Note: If you have multiple brands, click Customize Help Center in the relevant brand.
  2. Click the Language drop-down and select the language you'd like to customize.
  1. Click the Currently editing drop-down and select the page in which you're adding the Category List section. 
Note:
You cannot add this section to the Category List or Subcategory List pages because they already have lists of your categories. 
  1. Click + Add Section at the bottom left and select Category List
  2. Select a layout:
7.  Edit the Contents.
8.  Edit the Background.
  9.  Click Save at the top right. 
10.  Repeat these steps for each page type you want to add a Category List to (see step 4).
Note:
  • To remove the Category List: Click the Show More icon  and select Remove.
  • To move the Category List above or below another section: Click the Reorder icon  and drag it up or down.
