Managing Your Brands

From your Brands page, you can create new brands and access all the brands you've created. Select a brand to edit its categories, help center, email templates and more.

Note:
Each brand's help center subdomain includes the brand name you enter when you create the brand. You cannot change these URLs, but you can connect your own custom domains to replace them. The help center URL for each of your brands has the following structure: https://account-name-brand-name.wixanswers.com/kb

To manage your brands:

  1. In the Wix Answers app, go to Settings > Brands.
  1. Select the brand you want to manage. 
  2. Choose what you want to do:
