Viewing a Ticket's Unique Ticket Number

Every ticket has a unique ticket number that team members can use to easily locate specific tickets. You can view and copy a ticket number from the top of the ticket page. 
Tips:
  • Paste ticket numbers into call notes and internal notes to reference other tickets that team members may need to view. 
  • Paste ticket numbers into the search field above your ticket lists to quickly find tickets
  • Automatically send ticket numbers to customers by adding the $TICKET_NUMBER placeholder to your email templates
  • If a caller is concerned they'll need to call back and reexplain their issue, you can give them their ticket number and ensure them that your team can use it to review the call notes. 

To view a ticket number:

  1. Go to the relevant ticket.
  2. Click Ticket info at the top and view the ticket number next to Ticket number.   
    Tip: Click the ticket number to copy it to your clipboard.
