Viewing Tickets by Language

Select a language from the top of your Views panel to show tickets from a specific language. 

To view tickets by language:

  1. Click the One Inbox icon in the side panel on the left.
  2. Click the Language icon  at the top of the Views panel and select a language.
Note:
We're currently working on releasing a new version of the Ticketing System. If you don't see the Language icon  at the top of the Views panel, select it from the top right of the page. 
  1. Select a View on the left to preview its tickets.
